#97: A Shopping Trip
Last Friday I tweeted that I was headed to the American Apparel warehouse sale in Toronto. I was slightly hesitant about going as I had heard rumors of long lines, damaged merchandise, and an overarching theme of general insanity. But hey, these might be collectors items someday right? Who knows when AA’s last leg is going to give out. I also paid about 65 bucks for everything below; so there’s that…

Yes, I am in fact aware that it is no longer summer.
All in all, I would say it was a modest success–except for those lace shorts, nothing modest about those.

#489: Sheer
This is me taking advantage of my last opportunity to wear this sheer skirt before winter comes and I can’t even step outside without being met by a foot of snow and I have to wear a thousand layers for some semblance of warmth. I’m not bitter; I swear. More pictures after the jump.
#5: A Treat
To deal with the stress of my impending return to school, I decided to make cinnamon knots. The original recipe made about a zillion knots, so I halved it. After making more cinnamon knots than any human being could possibly want, I still had tons more dough left. So I rolled it out and made these mini cinnamon buns. I used generic store-bought icing because I was out of cream cheese, but I’ve also included my favourite cream cheese icing that would have made these taste even better (an almost impossible feat).
