#5: A Treat

To deal with the stress of my impending return to school, I decided to make cinnamon knots. The original recipe made about a zillion knots, so I halved it. After making more cinnamon knots than any human being could possibly want, I still had tons more dough left. So I rolled it out and made these mini cinnamon buns. I used generic store-bought icing because I was out of cream cheese, but I’ve also included my favourite cream cheese icing that would have made these taste even better (an almost impossible feat).
